Bed Section
The bed section comprises two press formed channel sections made from 3mm pre-galvanised mild steel sheet. Each channel has horizontal flanges 86mm wide with 25mm returns. Hexagonal holes are punched in the side frames at 75mm pitch to accommodate the rollers' axles.
Rollers
The 60mm diameter galvanised rollers are generally 987mm long with hexagonal axles, 11mm across flats. The axle is made of bright mild steel and is spring loaded to enable the roller assembly to be easily removed. Pop out safety rollers available where gravity roller butts up to a belt conveyor.
